According to a BBC News report on Tuesday, a sexy ad featuring a female model in sexy pajamas exposing her toned buttocks began to appear on the Internet, attracting the attention of some viewers, but also confusing countless other viewers.

According to BBC reports, provocative videos of fashion brand IVRose began to appear on Elle.com.

At first glance, this sexy pajamas ad seems to be aimed at adults, but the copy says "normally functional button adult pajamas."

So, should pajamas be sensual or only for people with physical impairments?

According to reports, the IVRose website is managed by a Chinese technology company.

A savvy social media expert believes that revealing advertising is probably just a means of collecting consumer data.

Digital Whisky planning director Mat Morrison pointed out that Chinese advertisers use provocative images as click bait.

"Dangerous, seaside postcard wardrobe malfunctioning (advertising) is the main content of low-end publishers," Morrison explained. "They made a tempting advertisement that was'clean' enough to pass the publisher's proprietary rules, but sensual enough to attract the audience's interest."

Promotional goals may only target the entire age or gender group, rather than specific audiences.

“When someone clicks on it, the ad network will place a redirect cookie on their device to let them recognize them the next time they see them,” Morrison reasoned. "The Internet has opened up new market channels for Chinese manufacturers who sell products to Western audiences through platforms such as Amazon and eBay."
