Gophers predicts that more than half of the players signed by the recruiting class in 2022 will enter American universities in January of 19th.

"(They) got a sixth-month lead," said head coach PJ Fleck. "...This allows them to enter here without pressure in the upcoming season and to see how we do things."

Those who plan to enroll in January: receiver Ike White, offensive winger Cade McConnell, defensive winger Hayden Schwartz, running back Zach Evans, tight end Spencer Alvarez, linebacker Maverick Baranowski and defensive guards Coleman Bryson, Leland Kelly, Tariq Watson and transfer Ryan Stapp.

The influx of new DBs will help the Minnesota cornerback's mistakes; Connie Doure, Justus Harris and Philip Howard will leave the United States after the guaranteed interest rate bowl on December 29.

This is Fleck's early registrations: two in 2017; 7 in 2018; 14 in 2019; 8 in 2020; 12 in 2021. Last year’s early registrants included 5 transfer students. Andris is leaving?

When discussing McConnell, Flake seemed to reveal the future of guard Bryce Andris. He said: "We have four wingers who will participate in the (NFL) draft."

Daniel Faalele is expected to leave, and two sixth-graders, Conner Olson and Sam Schlueter, will be disqualified. Andris will be fourth, although he has not announced whether he will use his sixth-year qualification in 2022.

"We must be able to replace those offensive wingers," Flake said. Change once

The Minnesota team signed 19 of the 20 players in the recruiting class on Wednesday. One exception is Jack Pipen, a three-star defensive winger from Jacksonville, Florida. It is unclear why Paiben did not sign a contract with the United States.

"It's a good thing when you're not surprised," Flake said. "We know exactly what we (have) entered and who will (sign). We talk about "putting them to bed". This is the quote we use. (Tuesday) night we are all fine and ready." Course rounding

Gophers has six available positions for more high school students or transfers. Flake pointed to possible additions to defensive tackles. Seniors Nyles Pinckney and Micah Dew-Treadway left after the bowl game. Rashoed Cheney said he entered the transfer portal this season. Bixby's determination

Flake praised Eden Preer’s defensive winger Trey Bixby for fighting during the diagnosis of hives, a skin disease that cost him part of his junior and senior seasons .

"A lot of people will fold up and say,'I won't do this,'" Flake said. "He looks good. He is smiling and seems to be returning to Trey. I think this is what we all hope to get from him."

Trepotts, the third-year running back, returned to campus. After leaving Purdue University to win with an undisclosed medical issue on October 1, spent six nights in a hospital in Indiana. Potts returned to his home in Williamsport, Pennsylvania and spent some time. "He did a great job," Flake said. briefly
