A video of a labrador outlining its "bedtime routine" has gone viral on TikTok.
The video, which received 44,100 likes at the time of writing, and was shared by the TikTok account @loganthelabrador, sees the pet showcase the various steps involved in its nighttime ritual.
As the dog jumps onto a cushion to grab a soft dinosaur toy with its mouth, a message overlaid on the video reads: "I get my baby," before the dog is seen wearing a hooded outfit, as the message reads: "I put on my favorite stitch onesie."
The dog is then seen covered under a blanket with the soft toy before it's later seen wearing glasses, with its paws on an open book as the message says: "I read a good book to help me feel sleepy."
The clip then shows the dog laying down next to the soft toy as the message reads: "Then it's time to snuggle down." The video concludes with the lights turned down as the overlaid message says "Good night."

If you're looking for ways to help your dog relax, music could be another good option, according to an article by certified dog trainer Cathy Madson for Preventative Vet, a pet education website run by a team of veterinarians and other pet experts, that was updated in June 2022.
"Recent studies have shown that playing music reduces stress in dogs at animal shelters, with less barking, lower respiratory rates, and lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol," Madson said.
According to a March 2017 study in the peer-reviewed journal Physiology & Behavior, classical music has been shown to "reduce stress in kennelled dogs."
The dogs in the study were found to "spend significantly more time lying and significantly less time standing when music was played, regardless of genre."
But heart rate variability (HRV) was found to be "significantly higher, indicative of decreased stress," when soft rock and reggae music was played for the dogs.
Several users were delighted by the labrador in the latest viral TikTok post, with many swooning over the "cute" and "adorable" dog.
In a comment that got 313 likes, Sara Ann Ruth Drew said: "he's just too cute, how could anyone say no to the face. Good night beautiful."
User rose.jarosz23 wrote: "So adorable. You're living your best life," while user If you follow me I follow back wrote: "Aawwww seems like a nice way to get sleepy."
Several commented on the dog's onesie, such as user tiadevey_23 who said: "Awww I love his onesie," in a comment that got 456 likes.
User myramoore145 said: "Beautiful cuteness overload adorable love the onesie," while user Joey agreed, saying "ok that onesie looks so cute."
