It's giving mermaid meets raver.

Emily Ratajkowski's inimitable style is shining through.

Last night, the model and writer was among the star-studded guests at W magazine's 50th anniversary party in New York City. For the glitzy occasion, Ratajkowski pulled out all the stops for an ethereal party look.

She wore a slate blue, long-sleeved fishnet dress, which shimmered and sparkled as it was layered over a blush-hued satin bra-and-underwear set. She finished the ensemble with black accessories, including a pair of strappy heels and a large clutch.

On the beauty side, Ratajkowski opted for a nude lip and metallic coral pink eye shadow. She also wore her brown hair down in luscious, beachy tresses.

This past month has been a fashion-filled one for the model, who has been busy attending and walking the runways for various fashion shows.

She flaunted her signature style abroad—whether subtly exposing her thong straps in vintage Celine trousers in Milan or delivering a sexy interpretation of denim on denim while in Paris. Back in the States, Ratajkowski kicked off New York Fashion Week at BAZAAR's annual Icons party, where she paid homage to Carrie Bradshaw's memorable newspaper dress from Sex and the City by wearing a vintage John Galliano minidress.

Though we know her for her covetable wardrobe, the My Body author prioritizes comfort over any other factor when dressing herself.

"I love wearing sneakers with a dress," she said in a previous interview with POPSUGAR. "It's the most comfortable-but-still-chic look that you can do. Other accessories, like what you do bag-wise and jewelry-wise, can dress it down. A larger bag makes it more casual, but if you do something tiny and kind of sexy, it can be great for night."
