The 27-year-old singer sat on her lap with her child born in February, while reading him the story from the "My Now" video.
Her husband, actor Daryl Sabara, who spies children, also appeared in the video, playing video games while his wife was decorating the Christmas tree.
Riley is wearing a tartan pajamas with a white polar bear in front of him, reaching out to turn the page, while Trainor is wearing a green satin pajamas with an arm on his chest.
The camera zooms in on the picture in the book. Treno wears a charming attire to wrap gifts, shakes the gifts and dances in front of the camera.
