BRISTOL – Police late Thursday issued a Silver Alert for a 3-year-old who went missing.

Local and state police have asked that the public help locating Emberlee Sinon, who is known to be with Joseph Mangan. 

Police said Mangan could be driving a white Toyota Corolla with Georgia license plates. 

The child, according to police, is believed to be endangered. She has been described as about 2 feet tall, weighing about 30 pounds. She has blonde hair and brown eyes. 

The girl was last seen wearing a purple pajama top with a dog emblem and white pajama bottoms, which also have a dog emblem on them. 

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Sinon has been asked to contact Bristol police at 860-584-3011.
