Summer is now over and people are already turning their attention to the festive season

Today marks the start of October and although Halloween comes first, festive gear is starting to hit the shelves in shops up and down the country. Santa's face is starting to appear and people are already planning for the big day.

This means people will be starting to look for the perfect outfits and nightwear for the festive season. Many fashion retailers are already pulling out all of the stops once again this year to make sure that there is something to satisfy everyone's style.

Christmas pyjamas are already proving popular with shoppers - with many items already sold out. There are a number of different designs and types out there but just like previous years, Disney is at the forefront of a lot of retailers' minds.

With that in mind we have pulled together five women's Disney Christmas pyjamas for you all to enjoy. The pyjamas come from Asda, Primark, Peacocks and Tu at Sainsburys.

Disney Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse Matching Christmas Pyjamas - George at Asda

George at Asda are known for their wide range of Disney clothing and they have launched new Disney Christmas pyjamas this year. The Mickey and Minnie long sleeve woman's pyjamas show the pair looking festive with reindeer ears on their heads.

Disney's Christmas Pyjama Sets Winnie the Pooh - Primark

Just like Asda, Primark offer a wide range of Disney clothing all year round and this year they have launched two Christmas pyjama designs with the first being Winnie the Pooh themed. The Oatmeal coloured Winnie the Pooh pyjamas have the lovable character carrying presents on the top.

As for the bottoms they have Winnie wearing a Santa hat amongst a range of Christmas trees. Christmas Women's Family Disney Mickey & Friends Pyjamas - Tu at Sainsburys

Mickey and his friends including Goofy and Donald Duck make up these Christmas pyjamas from Tu at Sainsburys. The grey pyjamas have a Christmas light pattern covering both the top and the bottoms with the popular Disney characters entwined between them.

They are long sleeved and the bottoms are cuffed to ensure the ultimate cosy Christmas experience. They are priced at £18 and once again come in a range of different women's sizes. Women's Pink Disney Christmas Lights Pyjamas - Peacocks

Peacocks are also showcasing Mickey and his friends with their pink festive pyjamas. The festive pyjamas have Mickey and his friends including Pluto in Santa hats surrounded by bright Christmas lights.

The last product in our round-up is the least festive out of the bunch, and it's Primark's Stitch Christmas pyjamas. Whilst they are in the store's Christmas range, they are blue with Stitch on the top and "just relax" written underneath - not the most festive of designs.
