A TIK TOK user came up with a clever way to eliminate the "decision-making fatigue" of dressing every morning.

Abigail, who calls herself a "friendly neighborhood minimalist", has been detailing her lifestyle in videos on her TikTok page.

In a video, she explained that she chooses what to wear from her 13 capsule wardrobes every day.

"I am a minimalist with 13 clothes. I have three bottoms, five tops, and five dresses, but most people don't know this, and I don't think people really notice," she explained .

"Because I live very few, I will choose these works very carefully, and they are all multifunctional.

"Because they are so mixed and matched, these 13 clothes gave me about 30 sets of clothes. So I actually didn't repeat that much."

She added that even though her clothes were "five times as many as they are now," she still "wears the same shirt over and over again."

Her video raised countless questions from the audience, such as what she did for the "whole house" wardrobe and how much underwear she owns.

Abigail later returned to TikTok to share some videos clarifying the answers.

"I also have a capsule wardrobe," she explained. "So I have four T-shirts and four bottoms-three are like sports tights, and I have a pair of pajamas.

"I don't wear clothes to sleep."

As for underwear, Abigail owns seven underwear, two sports bras, a regular bra and a camisole.

In terms of shoes, she has a pair of cowboy boots, tennis shoes, two pairs of flat shoes and a pair of sandals, and when the weather turns cold, she has a cardigan, coat and hooded sweatshirt.

Abigail continued to insist that she became happier since she reduced her wardrobe because she didn't have to think about or worry about what she was going to wear.

"Since reducing my wardrobe to only 13 pieces of clothes, as a minimalist, my decision-making fatigue has almost disappeared," she explained.

"In the morning I will take a dress or any top and bottom, because they are all mixes, I can choose to wear a cardigan or not, if I want, I can match jewelry.

"But I know that any garment I create will be comfortable and feel just like me-I just have confidence in everything I have."

She added: "I don't have to worry about a shirt that matches that pair of pants in the washing machine, so I can't wear it-it's easy."
